Existing admin maintenance APIs. Everything defaults to a dry run — untick DRY RUN and confirm to write. Backfills walk newest-first; use limit/offset to page through the catalogue.

POST /api/admin/releases/dedupe — folds same-title duplicate rows into the strongest copy (trailer/poster wins), deletes the rest, and moves watchlist entries to the kept row.
